Best contemporary single GH: romeo romeo by robin kawczynski

I totally had that spelling read to me by candy so it is right - according to the program.

Another video thing that doesn’t make any sense. Something about a floozy? Did I miss something that explains this?

Best role: a writer. Susan elizabeth phillips.

Blizzard of 1979. That’s Nora. No question

These stories of success are very strange.

Carly Phillips, the hostess, is very very stiff. I want to rub her shoulders and give her a drink. Stage fright?

Three cheers for short sweet and sincere speeches.

Best YA GH: coven by trish milburn

I admit - I totally tear up when people get choked up talking about their husbands and parents. Don’t tell anyone.

Best novel with strong rom. Elements GH:
According to Jane by marilyn weigel

Jane and Marilyn are getting much hollering. Marilyn says: don’t trip, don’t cry and don’t babble. Now that’s a mantra I can get behind.

Best romantic suspense GH: falling into darkness by bronwyn clarke:

That is our bronwyn? Our commenter bronwyn? YES!!!!!!!! All the way from Australia, a bitch for the win!

Best short historical GH: the lost jewel by debra bess.

Part of the ceremony is a full screen animated transition between each category with a huge announcer voice and a drumroll.

The music was totally riverdance just now and I toooootally danced.

Linda howard had a video intro and neither of us got it. It was bizarre. Something about voices in her head, and escaped cattle.

Another video - robin lee hatcher and a mantitty cover. I still do not know what is going on.

Now someone is reading quotes fromFlaubert and Springsteen. And now - lifetime achievement award.

No wait. It wasn’t an award. It was some words.

Best long historical GH: sager’s passion by elaine levine
