Watched Act I a few days ago and now I’m off to see Act II!  It’s both hilarious and brilliant!!

How come when I see the guys in that video, the first thing that comes to mind is Justin Timberlake & Andy Samberg on SNL singing “Dick in a Box”? Heh!

I have long observed that every picture of a biologist--whether for a news article or an ad--is apparently required to contain, in addition to a white coated person, a Rainin brand Pipetman. I’m amused that even an ad by Eppendorf seems compelled to feature a Pipetman. (Even if they are chucking it like a dart!)

For the record, way back in the dark ages when I was in grad school, the Eppendorf pipetters always sucked. I loved my Pipetmen. (That just doesn’t right, does it?)

These are real med students, and they’re singing about a cardiac diagnosis and all kinds of heart stuff. (Btw, the weird dance they’re doing is supposed to be the heart rate line on a monitor.)

That is brilliant XD.  I used to get pipetter’s thumb terribly when I was working on yeast.

This looks way more fun than my days in the Bio Labs, when my crowning achievement was learning to spell Chlamydomonas reinhardii—not something you can rap to.

I knew more than a few peeps in school that used glass pipettes to smoke pot. Cheap and easily disposed of, lol
