Smart Bitch Title™!

Feisty but loyal young Lady does not seek Scottish lad but I don’t have much choice in the matter. If I must find out if the rumor about what hides under your kilts is true, I wish for a strong leader who will learn to appreciate, protect, and honor me as I diligently and effortlessly charm the living daylights out of everyone in the keep while simultaneously driving you mad. Lairds with freakishly insane extended family need not apply.  Ya ken?

Julie Garwood, The Wedding.

I think I’ve read MANY books that fit that description!  The one that comes to mind first is Jamie from The Bride, by Julie Garwood.

Brenna
The Wedding
Julie Garwood

hmm although I’m not sure it meets all the criteria.

If it is, Braden, same book, same author

Jeez, this just about describes every Julie Garwood book so how can you choose just one?

I think it is JGarwood’s The Bride.  There was the joke that Chloe told about the Scottish lads running around newwwwd under their kilties.

whoopsie - forgot the heroine - Jamie, oh she of the man’s name.

June guessed it first - it is indeed Jamie from Garwood’s The Bride.

Candy and I were talking about this very problem: the most popular books, if you strip them down to masqued plot points, well, there’s about sixteen million to choose from!

But- congratulations June!! And I’m sorry, Jenx10, that June guessed first.

Wow!  Can’t believe I guessed one right. Yay!

Damn, I need the herione’s name too? Sorry I’m new to this, and since it described practically EVERY Julie Garwood ever written I pulled it outa me arse.

Alrighty then, to be correct,Brenna, The Wedding, Julie Garwood.

I was going to say The Bride too, but I think Brenna is infinitely more annoying.

Too late. I’m blind because as soon as I read that mystery blurb, I repeatedly stabbed my eyes with the chanter of a Scottish bagpipe.

P.S.
I could have pulled my hair, but after these years of reading Scottish historical romances, I have no hair left. I don’t even have any eyebrows, dammit.
