Saturday Videos Love Funny High School Students and Silent Monks

Also from Elizabeth: Silent Monks Sing Hallelujah

This is the South Kitsap High School, which is in Port Orchard WA—also known as the hometown of Debbie Macomber. I wonder if Macomber was in the audience?

Have a silently inspiring holiday!

So great, thank you for this. My mom loved this music and it played at the end of her memorial service. Six years later, now we can laugh when we hear it.

I’m always blown away by how clever and creative some people (unfortunately, not including me) are.  These kids managed to take the chorus, which we’ve all heard many, many times and make something new and different with it while still respecting Handel’s beautiful music.  Hooray for them.

  7. So very proud of our SK Wolves! That’s one seriously creative high school we have in town. (Yes, I live in Port Orchard too.)
