Good Heavens! I thought I was gonna pee my pants at the punchline of the Austen bit… :0

As somebody who is simultaneously fascinated, appalled and driven to huge amounts of laughter by the trainwrecky deliciousness that is R. Kelly’s “Stuck in the Closet” series (parts 1 through 12 are here), Weird Al’s pitch-perfect parody makes me profoundly happy in the pants:
I didn’t think anything would cheer me up today (just failed my driving test) but this Trapped in the Closet thing has got me hooked and cracking up!
Thanks!
I also noticed they didn’t seem to give him his large root beer. I can’t believe he didn’t cancel that and not his wife’s sandwich. Heartless bastard.
Oh, how I love Wierd Al. We had to get this from Amazon; the CD wasn’t available in the UK (if memory serves.)
Amazing! Who is this guy? I laughed so much
That, my friend - is the legendary Weird “Al” Yankovic, comedic musician and satirist. He’s famous for his parodies of pre-existing songs (on the same CD as “Trapped in the Drive Thru,” he parodies Usher with “Confessions Part III,” Taylor Hicks with the appropriately titled “Do I Creep You Out?” and Green Day with “Canadian Idiot.") and also for his polkas - in which he compiles several well-known songs of a particular genre into a polka.
He even has a cult-tastic 80s movie out: “UHF”. I recommend it.
Hilarious. I haven’t seen any of his stuff since his Michael Jackson spoof.
Ah, but which Michael Jackson spoof, Eat It (instead of Beat It) or Fat (instead of Bad)?
I should probably be ashamed to admit that I saw Weird Al in concert at a county fair about 10 years ago and I’m going to see him again in a month?
I loves me some nerd-tastic song parodies.
yay!
Weird Al is great, but I have to admit this video went on longer than I liked.
The White and Nerdy vid

is a lot funnier, but then that’s because I AM White and Nerdy…
My personal fave though is the semi-famous Ebay song, but Weird Al never did a video of it. Here’s someone else’s version of the Ebay song. “I bid on Shatner’s old toupee"… I still laugh…
My favourite, but didn’t get released because of James Blunt’s record company is You’re Pitiful.
Oh, the people I know who can relate…
